Case 21 Benchmark Assessments

4th grade will be administering Case 21 Benchmark Assessments on Tuesday (Reading) 1/15 & Wednesday (Math) 1/16.  Please be sure that your student has a good night's sleep and a healthy breakfast before coming to school.  AND that they arrive at school on time (BEFORE 9:10 am)!

Code Red Drill

As a school we will have a Code Red Drill in the near future and fourth grade worked with students and had run through today in homeroom, B1 & B2.  We talked students through the procedure before hand, explaining the difference between a code yellow (event in the community) and a code red (event in the school).

The procedure is for students to get on floor & out of view, quickly & quietly. We emphasized that their job to get quickly in place & stay still and quiet.  Be assured that we are working to have students prepared in the case of an emergency as we already have tornado & fire drills.

elective registration

Your child will be bringing home 2nd semester elective registration information on Monday which is due back on or before Friday, December 21st.  They will be registering for electives right after winter break.

A child that is AG identified can sign up for AG electives.  All other students must have a letter stating that  they have been selected to take an AG elective in order to register for an AG elective.
